Trim!
Things have already changed since snapping these photos….I debated putting them up as it looks waaaay better now…but, I want to document the progress. So, here we go:

Mind you —- I filled EVERY nail hole. EVERY hole.
Okay, I missed ONE. But I found it….not the hubster.
I sported latex gloves throughout my nail hole filling adventures….and now, my poor little hands are suffering from dry skin. Bleck! But, worth it!
The real credit goes to the hub who has done almost ALL of the work on this basement project. Can you believe it? Not only is he super dreamy with a kind soul (and patience to deal with my OCD!), but he has rare talent. He would blow all of the HGTV host/designers/builders out of the water.
