Count Sisal
Our rug, Count Sisal as I’ve affectionately dubbed him, has been installed. It’s exactly what we wanted. Very classic, plain, can-do-anything-with kind of rug. It’s also pretty durable….we could lay other rugs over it to create certain areas in the room. Yippee…so pumped.
After picking our rug the company searched to see if they could find remnants left over from another job. Lucky for us —- they did! Therefore, we got Count Sisal at a lower rate (fist pump!). This meant we could splurge for a really nice rug pad. I never thought I would write something like that. Again, I’m a loser. I’ve learned that a great rug pad really makes the difference with a rug. Additionally, in basement it’s important to get a rug pad that is mold and mildew resistant. So, we’re psyched.
